"Greedy, Unreasonable Comp"
Working with DJ Jenny Z at Musical Enterprises, or lack there of, for DJ services was an absolute nightmare for my fiancé and I in the midst of of my family being directly impacted by COVID-19. This company came highly regarded and we were excited to work with them for our wedding in November 2021. But I am about to share an unforeseen circumstance that made our wedding day impossible and this company treated us like a number rather than a valued partner. My father contracted COVID-19 three months prior to our wedding and was hospitalized for 81 days, regressing further from a healthy state in the beginning and ultimately became ventilator dependent, in a medically induced coma, fighting for his life. This was also in the midst of taking care of my mother by myself who was also severely affected by COVID. We informed them on these circumstances and ultimately our decision to postpone. We were hopeful that our vendors would understand given this was out of our control. Fortunately
